How customizable is my portrait?
Each customer will get the opportunity to approve their design before we go to print. There are many things we can change, such as the background or template if you'd like to use your own photo, and you can contact us for any additional special requests.

Are my photos okay for use?
The main things we are looking for when it comes to the pictures you upload, is the lighting, sharpness, and the position of you pet (i.e no open mouths or awkward faces.

What are the framing options?
Your Period Pet can be received in three ways: Canvases and frames in a multitude of different sizes, or a digital file option.
Shipping & Payment

Do you take international orders?
Yes we do! Please keep in mind that international orders may take additional time to be delivered due to the ongoing COVID pandemic.

Do I get a tracking number
Yes. Please keep an eye out for an email containing your tracking number after confirming your design.

Is expedited shipping available?
Currently there are no expedited shipping options. For an additional fee however, you can upgrade your shipping from economy to standard.
Refunds & Returns

What is the refund policy?
Unless your package was damaged or never arrived, refunds are not available although we would be happy to offer store credit.

Damaged Orders
Please contact us immediately if your package was damaged or if there were any errors with your order and we gladly send resend your order.

Cancellations and Alterations
If you place an order but change your mind after purchase, we offer a 24 hour grace period to cancel. You can make unlimited revisions and alterations to your rendition before we print and we will only print after the final product has been approved.

How long can I expect to wait before receiving a response?
We will typically answer as soon as we are able but a general timeline would be no more than 24 hours, except during holidays.
